Represents: Generosity.
A raccoon raiding party will leave a lookout behind to warn of trouble. When the party returns they feed the lookout the best morsels first as a sign of thanks and acknowledgment for doing a generous and dangerous service. Raccoon teaches that a generous spirit will be rewarded far and above the deed done. To give is to receive and always honor the dignity of others by assisting them if needed but not making them dependent. “ Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he eats for life.”
Let this wonderful image help you set the intention to look around you to see how you can assist someone in need with your knowledge, strength and or time. We are all connected... as one is uplifted, we are all uplifted.
