This piece is one of a series of drawings and paintings that I call "Road Trip". The American classic car is for many an icon of our romance with the open road. I have always loved old automobile and travel ads from the 40's, 50's and 60's. I indulge my own love of both in these paintings...the cars and the great graphics of those times.
